    First off, Jack is the best. Couldn't be more pleased with his level of expertise and COMMITTMENT to helping us find the right home. We began our search near the beginning of 2018, and while it was my intention to ask friends and family for recommendations for a good Real Estate Agent,I hadn’t gotten around to it when I inquired about a property on Zillow and heard back from Jack. Right away I got a good vibe and after reading the reviews on him, decided to take a chance. And I feel like we got so incredibly lucky to be paired with Jack! Our needs were pretty specific to include acreage, and he never hesitated to show us properties, from Dripping Springs, to Wimberley, Buda, Southwest Austin, all the way over toward Bastrop and finally in San Marcos. And then when we did find the right property, he made all the arrangements for inspections, including the normal house inspection, and in our case, septic, pool, well, and horse barn inspections. He even drove out to some of the properties a second time just so I could see them when I flew in from out of town, as I’m returning to the area and my significant other is already here. Actually one visit was via Face-time with Jack at the property and me in the middle of Manhattan. I feel like we really asked a lot of Jack, much more than I’d ever asked of a Realtor before, and Jack always delivered. Always. Just choose Jack. You’ll be glad you did.

    It's not too often you discover a real estate agent who restores your faith in the real estate business, and maybe even in humanity. That's Jack Marshall. His whole entire business is centered around customer service, and most of all making sure his clients are treated kindly, taken care of honestly,and given every opportunity to realize their dreams. I first met Jack by a lucky accident, when I was looking for a short term rental. I was having difficulty reaching a landlord, and Jack was able to quickly make contact, get me first dibs on touring the house, and negotiate a short term lease. He made sure to keep me updated every step of the way, and he was easy to reach any time I had a question. And he was absolutely a joy to work with. It was clear to me Jack was a genuine, real-deal, one of a kind agent; he was always sincerely friendly and kind, and he remembered important conversations and details about my current life situation. He was also hilarious, and it was a pleasure sharing time with him. Without hesitation, I chose him to be my buyer's agent when looking for a property to purchase. He was even more outstanding in this role. He helped my family and I find the perfect house in exactly the right location. He talked us through every scenario, and made sure we had access to whatever we needed, including his expertise anytime we needed. The result: he negotiated our purchase of the house for almost $90,000 off the original listing price. After we were under contract, Jack even took us out to see another house that had a spiral staircase, a request from my daughter. He gave us his time freely and happily, and we were honored to be working with someone like Jack, someone who cared about keeping his promise to a 5 year old. Integrity could be his middle name. Along the way, the best things I learned about Jack were: he's the most honest real estate agent in the business. Every agent I've worked with before has been a horrible disappointment, leaving me with nightmares and wanting to swear off ever dealing with one again. Jack, as I said earlier, restored my faith in the real estate business. He kept his word on every single thing, he always, always made sure my interests were served first, and he represented me 100%, to perfection. Another thing I learned about Jack is that he's incredibly good at communicating and negotiating. He genuinely loves working with people, he knows how to strike up a genuine conversation with anyone and find shared interest, and he does this all so well and so easily because he's just naturally a kind. decent human being. I never heard Jack say a negative word about anyone. His grace in finding just the right words in any situation, was inspiring. Lastly, as mentioned before, he's astonishingly funny. Who wouldn't want to work with a real estate agent that knows how to employ good humor? Jack is, quite simply put, awesome. Winsome, too, but most of all: awesome. Our experience with Jack was so extraordinarily positive, we were sad when it came time to close on our house because our time with Jack had come to an end. Jack makes us want to sell and buy more houses, just so we can spend time with him again. Seriously, he's awesome.

    After testing out a couple or real estate agents, it was clear that Jack was the perfect choice for my small family to work with. Not only was he able to a temporary home for us to rent and accommodate our needs but was able to quickly turn around and find us a home for us to buy that satisfied all of our needs.Jack soon found out how difficult it could be when a buyer uses a VA Loan. He took on the challenge without hesitation and was always on top of things with the Lender. His attention to detail was a great advantage to have as he identified time and again mistakes a rookie Lending Officer was making and taking no excuses for their mistakes. Jack was able to answer any questions we had. His availability for us was impressive as he worked with us through while we were in California and through out a very rough deployment overseas. Throughout the entire process we received constant updates. This gave us the peace of mind that we had someone fighting for us to get the best deal out there. If you are looking for the BEST, do not waste your time on anyone else. Since closing on our farmhouse in the country, we can officially add that he is still the greatest realtor, hands-down.     To say that Jack worked tirelessly to find the right property for me would be an understatement. I have very high standards for the people I conduct business with and Jack blew away my expectations. I was particularly impressed with his negotiating skills and work ethic.He left no stone unturned with two different properties that I went under contract with. With the first property, Jack set up 5 different inspections and at least 7 work bids, meeting with each inspector so that I could stay at my office. This was invaluable as I was working 12+ hour days and traveling for work. I ultimately terminated that contract during the option period, despite the numerous hours invested. That might have tempted another realtor to lose momentum on the next contract, but Jack was just as driven on the subsequent property. On the house I finally purchased, Jack found a way to work with a difficult seller’s agent and coached me during three separate rounds of bidding. Once we were under contract, he then successfully negotiated two significant price reductions, despite a strong seller’s market. Finally, I was really impressed with Jack’s active listening skills and attention to detail. He paid close attention to small, but significant, details (such as future plans for the property or a feature that would benefit my dog) to help me focus on properties and locations that best fit all of my family’s needs. At the closing, Jack found omissions in the final balance sheet (that the seller’s agent should have corrected for her client, but didn’t) that financially favored me. Needless to say, I felt very protected knowing that Jack was in my corner. A fantastic agent... I can’t imagine finding better representation anywhere else!

    I have known Jack Marshall for years and have worked with him on several projects. I sincerely cannot say enough positive things about Jack. Jack's high level of detail, consummate professionalism, and deep knowledge of the Austin property market makes him a no-brainer when searching for an agent.I have bought and sold properties with Jack and each transaction went according to plan. I have never questioned Jack's work ethic and integrity nor have I worked with an agent who was so detail oriented. The only negative that I can think of, depending on the person, may be Jack's tenacity and diligence. He will call you, often. He will double and triple check everything. He will verify and re-verify. He will call some more, maybe during dinner or maybe during your weekly team meeting. But he does this to ensure that YOU are taken care of and get the deal you want.
