Not only was he able to a temporary home for us to rent and accommodate our needs but was able to quickly turn around and find us a home for us to buy that satisfied all of our needs.Jack soon found out how difficult it could be when a buyer uses a VA Loan. He took on the challenge without hesitation and was always on top of things with the Lender. His attention to detail was a great advantage to have as he identified time and again mistakes a rookie Lending Officer was making and taking no excuses for their mistakes.     I have known Jack Marshall for years and have worked with him on several projects. I sincerely cannot say enough positive things about Jack.     It's not too often you discover a real estate agent who restores your faith in the real estate business, and maybe even in humanity. That's Jack Marshall. His whole entire business is centered around customer service, and most of all making sure his clients are treated kindly, taken care of honestly,and given every opportunity to realize their dreams. I first met Jack by a lucky accident, when I was looking for a short term rental. I was having difficulty reaching a landlord, and Jack was able to quickly make contact, get me first dibs on touring the house, and negotiate a short term lease. He made sure to keep me updated every step of the way, and he was easy to reach any time I had a question. And he was absolutely a joy to work with. It was clear to me Jack was a genuine, real-deal, one of a kind agent; he was always sincerely friendly and kind, and he remembered important conversations and details about my current life situation. He was also hilarious, and it was a pleasure sharing time with him. Without hesitation, I chose him to be my buyer's agent when looking for a property to purchase.     My husband and I decided to relocate to Texas to be closer to our family. We were not familiar with the areas and during our internet search connected with Jack Marshall. This was by far the best thing that could have happened for us. Being Seniors we have years of experience buying and selling homes.Jack is by far the BEST realtor we have ever had the pleasure of working with and we have worked with some great real estate professionals. Our primary search was done online as we currently live in FL. Jack set us up on MLS so that we could view listings just like a realtor would. He put in the criteria of what we were looking for and happily made adjustments to our search as requested. Jack went to 5 of the homes we were considering and did a Facetime showing with us. All of these homes were in Georgetown and Round Rock and Jack had to travel 45 minutes plus to accommodate us. When we came to town Jack gave us undivided attention driving us around for days while we narrowed down our choices. We found the perfect house with his help and he helped us to negotiate the terms of the sale to meet our needs. He handled the home inspection and all the details of the contract and the repairs. Jack made numerous trips to the home to make sure everything was right and did a Facetime final walk through with us. We closed on the home with absolutely no issues and no concerns. One would think that once the home was closed that our relationship with Jack would have ended. We were surprised the day after closing when the Austin area was going to experience below normal temperatures and Jack was concerned that the pipes might freeze. He made another trip to our newly purchased home and dripped the faucets. Then another trip after the cold weather snap to turn off the water!!! What other Realtor would go the extra mile and care so much for his client? If you want a realtor who listens to you and truly cares that you find your perfect home you could not do better than Jack.
